Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, I'm Anthony William and you're listening to the Medical Medium Radio Show, where each
week I talk about the most advanced healing information and secrets about health, much
of which is not found anywhere else.
And today you're going to see that because we're talking about shingles today.
And we're going to talk about what is really going on with it all.
It's a lot more than you expect.
Believe me.
It's really, really interesting.
So we talk about things that are decades ahead of what's out there now.
And as I've always said, who has 10 years, 20 years, 30 years to wait for answers to their illnesses?
Do you have 10 years to wait?
No, I don't.
So I know you don't either.
This is important.
It really is.
Life is precious and there's no time to spare.
So let's get started with the healing now.
Today's show is about the shingles virus.
Shingles is largely misunderstood.
Largely misunderstood.
When I mean largely, I mean we're talking like everybody missed the boat on it.
It's so misunderstood.
There's no chart for it.
There's no way to chart how misunderstood this is.
I'm serious.
We're talking like this is way out there as far as how far we are behind.
When I say antiquated sometimes or I say antiquity in the medical field, this one takes the cake.
That's why we have to talk about it today.
There are many varieties of the virus, many varieties of shingles.
Ha, nobody knew that.
You're only going to hear it today here at this medical medium show.
That's where you're going to hear it.
Okay.
There's different varieties of this virus and it's hitting people hard, hitting their health.
They're not even registered or monitored, are known by the medical research, medical science department on any level, which reminds me, which is so funny.
Every now and then someone will say, hey, you know, I didn't hear that.
That's not out there.
So what's going on? Well, it's not out there because exactly there's millions of people struggling and suffering from symptoms.
I don't care what is on the Internet. I don't care what people have or what science research is saying.
It's not going on. Their answers are not happening for people. The information is not there.
The assistance is not there. It's not in people's hands. I don't care what's going on.
And we're going to make sure that everybody learns and understands how to heal, how to move forward, and at least knows what's wrong with them and what's happening.
So this really is important, this show.
It's really important.
Listen, you know, with shingles, it's not just the typical rash that's out there that causes some nerve pain.
That's not what it's about.
That's just one variety.
So migraines, neuropathy, frozen shoulder, you name it, come with the shingles.
So we're going to learn all about that today.
This is an important show.
Feel free to call in and we'll take a look and see what's going on with you.
Maybe someone has some shingles that's actually bothering them without them knowing.
U.S., it's 866-254-1579.
International, 760-918-4300.
or don't want to give you the wrong number.
And remember to go to my website, medicalmedium.com,
where you can download my free chapter of my new book, Medical Medium.
So here's the deal.
You know, if this is your first time logging in,
if it's the first time getting onto the radio show, listening and all that,
you know, it all started for me at age four.
So if you don't know anything about me, it started at age four.
I heard a voice.
That voice told me what was wrong with my grandmother.
And what she had was lung cancer.
And that's how it all started.
And it never went away.
Every day after that in my entire life, I've known what's going on in someone's health,
whether I liked it or not.
That means I could not shut it off, could not turn it down, could not walk away from it.
I tried to walk away from it.
Tried to walk away from it when I was young.
You know, I tried before I was 10 years old.
I tried after I was 10 years old.
And I couldn't.
It was impossible because I hear the voice every day, day in, day out.
It's like having someone stuck to you, talking in your ear and telling you someone's got heart disease, telling you someone's got a disease in the brain, telling you that someone's got this going on, diabetes, that someone has, you name it.
And it comes through and it streams through nonstop.
And so I've dedicated my life.
I've had no choice.
And I'm glad I did.
I'm glad I stayed here.
I'm glad I'm here.
I'm glad I dedicated my entire life to it to help others.
I've helped tens of thousands of people recover from everything from Lyme disease to you name it across the board, including breaking the confusion, getting people the answers they need because of the source that I hear.
Not because I'm a smart guy, not because, you know, because I went to medical school because I did not.
Information that comes from spirit.
So that's how it works for me.
And I'm so glad you're here listening because this is a big show.
All right.
So let's talk about the shingles.
Now, I just want to start by mentioning a few symptoms that many of you listening may be familiar with.
Has anybody had a mysterious frozen shoulder out there?
Have you?
Are you known anybody?
Have you known a loved one that's had a mysterious frozen shoulder?
Frozen shoulder means you can't lift it up.
You can't lift your arm up over your head.
Sometimes it gets diagnosed as like an infectious bursitis, which is really just we don't know what's wrong with your shoulder.
but we don't know what's wrong with you.
Okay.
That's what bursitis means, by the way.
That's how far we're behind.
Can you believe that?
It's just, there's not words for it.
There's no words for it.
So, you know, that frozen shoulder thing.
Anybody ever have pain in their jaw
where you go to the dentist
and there's nothing wrong with your teeth
or the dentist thinks there's something wrong with their teeth
and they start drilling holes
and they start yanking out teeth
or they start yanking out root canals and start removing teeth,
but yet you still have the pain in the jaw, and it's hurting.
Anybody get pain in the ears that's unexplainable?
Sensations in the ears or sharp shooting pains in the ears,
but you go to the ENT and there's no answers,
and you're at the dentist again and there's no answers, okay?
Anybody ever get Bell's palsy or know someone that had Bell's palsy
where it's mysteriously, there's no other reason for it.
You know, you go to the doctor, there's no reason,
go to the neurologist and, you know, your face droops
or your eye droops, just your eye or your face, you know,
and did anybody ever go through that?
Anybody ever getting like mysterious neck pain and pains,
on and off fevers or pains in the ears, like I talked about?
Or has anybody ever got like a burning feeling on their body, fiery burning feeling and sensations in different areas?
Has anybody got a mysterious sciatica pain?
Like where it's that sciatic nerve in the lower back, but the lower back seems to be okay.
But yet that sciatic nerve is inflamed mysteriously.
And it goes on and on and on.
Welcome to the shingles.
Welcome to the shingles, even if you didn't have a rash.
One of the biggest blunders of all time is that the medical communities think shingles has to have a rash.
One of the stupidest, stupidest of all time blunders out of all of them.
Why am I passionate about this today a little bit more?
Because I've seen people suffer.
I've seen people go on serious, serious painkillers for months and months and months and years of their life.
because their jaw hurts so damn bad, and they got so much tension in their jaws, and it's just
called out as TMJ and whatever, and teeth are being pulled. Or when someone has the Bell's
palsy, they're frozen shoulder in their life, or whatever it is, I've seen people suffer greatly,
and it really, really is no fun. It's no fun. And so, so I'm a little bit more, you know,
passionate about this one as well. It's kind of similar to the Epstein-Barr deal, you know.
Look, I'm sure everyone listening has heard about the shingles.
You've heard about it.
You probably see commercials.
So if you had the chicken pox, if you had the chicken pox, then, you know, you're one of the people.
You're one out of three that's going to come down with the shingles.
We're going to actually dispel that myth and talk about what's going on with the chicken pox and what the difference is, too.
We're going right in it.
So you heard about the shingles.
But what you've heard is only misinformation.
I repeat, misinformation.
And the deal is, but what little we're told about the shingles, so what little we're told is dead wrong.
And I repeat, dead wrong.
How is it possible to build our trust in medical research and medical science with chronic illness,
when it comes down to chronic illness, if we can't even get past the simple but most critical
massive blunders of all time. And like I said, one of them, we're going to start with the first
blunder. Okay. First asinine blunder. And I'm saying this because it's that stupid. The chicken
pox, which is varicella, varicella, you've heard of chicken pox, right? Everybody has.
We're told that's the shingles. We're actually told that, you know, you'll see it on a commercial
on TV. When I see that, I can't even believe the stupidity and why we should not trust,
why we break our trust just blows wide open because the chickenpox varicella virus is a
different virus than the shingles. It's not the shingles virus. It's not. And you will see,
because it's going to come out in time when someone wakes up and funding goes to the virologist
and they realize it and it comes out.
And so this is a big deal to understand.
So the chicken pox is a separate virus all on its own,
a whole different bug.
That's what the variceal virus is,
it's a whole different bug.
This is one of the biggest blunders.
And then we're told that someday later on in your life,
because you have the chicken pox,
that someday later on, you're gonna get the shingles.
Yeah, you may get the shingles, absolutely,
but it's not because of the chicken pox. This is not correct and is a prime example
why there are millions of people in the U.S. alone suffering with chronic mystery illness and
no answers to be found right there. That's one example of stupidity that we've had to deal with,
that we've had to live with. And this is serious, okay? Like I said, first of all,
chicken pox is a virus in the herpes family, and we can call it varicella, fine. We'll call it
whatever we want. That's the name of it. That's fine. But it is not the shingles. The shingles,
it's its own separate virus, but the blunders don't stop there. The blunders do not stop there.
If someone gets what looks like the common normal shingles rash that the medical community
recognizes, so you get a strip, you see you get a strip along your back or your lower back or top
of your butt or on your side and you get a strip and it's the shingles, it's the pustules,
the whole bit, you know, that we're told and taught that that's the only shingles virus
there is.
We're told that's it.
That's your shingles right there.
Another huge, massive mistake going on, misinformation going on, right?
because there's over 30 varieties of shingles,
over 30 agonizing varieties
causing tons of mystery symptoms and mystery illness.
And each one being its own separate herpes virus.
The only thing varicella chicken box has to do with shingles,
it's in the same family,
like Epstein-Barr is in the same family,
cytomegla virus is in the same family,
HHV-6 is in the same family,
HHV-7, undiscovered HHV-10, and HVH-11 and 12 that spirit knows about that's undiscovered that
will come out. You'd come out in my lifetime, hopefully, and maybe not. Maybe when I come back
another lifetime and, you know, come back into this world, they figured that one out yet.
But it's the family, the herpetic virus. So the shingles has over 30 varieties,
and it just happens to be in the family.
So the only one documented,
the only one documented today
is just that one that the doctor can see
runs a strip or rash along your butt
or your back or your side.
Maybe you'll get it along the top of the back,
top of the shoulder back there
and a dermatologist might actually say,
hey, that's the shingles.
The thing is, is that if it's not in the spot
that doctors are taught it's supposed to be, they question it immediately. That's how silly this is.
So if you get some shingles in a strange area, it's instantly, meaning the rash itself, it's
instantly questioned. That's how far behind we are. We're going to talk about all the different
kinds, the rashing kinds. So look, let's talk about another fun blunder, if that's okay. If
If you've got patients to deal with this right now,
we're talking about all this.
Talk about another one.
This is huge.
Let's talk about diabetic neuropathy.
This by far is probably the most ridiculous.
I have to put this into that group.
This is high up there on the chain, diabetic neuropathy.
See, this is a usual diagnosis for someone who has diabetes
and other symptoms such as nerve pain.
So if someone has diabetes and they have nerve pain on their feet, numbness on their feet, numbness on their legs, maybe a little in their hand, maybe some burning pain, the mistake here is that this is not a symptom of diabetes.
This is not a direct correlation to butt diabetes at all on any level.
This is a diabetic with the shingles.
This is a diabetic with the shingles.
So if you're a diabetic out there and you got diabetic neuropathy, you got diabetes plus the shingles.
And they're nowhere near figuring this out.
Here's the really, really annoying thing.
There's more people with diabetic neuropathy without diabetes than there are people with diabetes with diabetic neuropathy.
I might have to repeat that one.
So there's more people out there that don't have diabetes and they don't have blood sugar problems whatsoever.
and they have diabetic neuropathy identical to the neuropathy diabetics feel that are diagnosed
with diabetic neuropathy. Is that now the stupidest thing you've ever heard? I'm serious.
There's more people. So where did that one go awry? How did that fall into it?
So basically, what? In medical research, medical science, someone walked in the door
and they had their feet were burning and their feet were hurting and they had neuralgia,
neuropathy and they happen to have diabetes the same time same day someone put in a log somewhere
oh well okay apparently these two go together we have diabetic neuropathy when there's more people
with that neuropathy without diabetes than the other yeah exactly that goes in the top of the
list of the blunders of the medical blunders okay so yeah why is our trust broken why is it
Why is there, why are our backs broken basically?
Because we can't get anywhere.
And that's what the show is about.
We have to finally move past this.
And there has to be, there has to be a movement so that our children and our children's children
and our children's children are not dealing with this in the future because it has to
break.
The cycle has to break.
It really does.
So here's the deal.
Now, what research science does, you know, as far as overall, is they don't know that there's different groups of shingles.
There's a whole group of shingles virus.
They don't really know this.
They don't know that there's two different kinds.
There's two major groups.
One is rashing and one is non-rashing.
So one group is non-rashing shingles.
That means it's the virus causing a whole boat of symptoms without having those blisters that we suffer from.
And then there's a whole group of them that have the blisters, and they give suffering too.
Not just blisters.
When the blisters go away, they cause more problems.
But there's this whole group of blisters.
And so these are two groups.
And is this known out there?
No, it's not at all.
This information is that you're hearing it first for the first time.
You just logged on to the show for the first time.
You're hearing something you're never going to hear anywhere else.
Okay, so, and it's important to know that.
So when you go on the internet and start looking, you can't find it.
Yeah, it's because it's here.
And there's a reason for that.
Because it's about people getting better and knowing and being armed with the knowledge.
I want people armed.
I want their armor on.
I want them to have a chance.
I want them to know how to heal.
Now, let's talk about some of these different varieties.
We'll see which one you may have or a friend may have or a loved one may have that you know about.
So we're going to go into that a little bit.
So, you know, the bottom line is, like I said, we got these two different groups.
And we're going to talk about shingles with rashes.
So that's the first one.
There's the classic shingles.
That's the first variety with rashes.
Classic shingles.
The classic is the only one that's recognized.
It's the only one known.
It's basically get a strip on your back, you get a lower back, lower side, sometimes a little higher up.
This is the classic one that we deem shingles.
This is where the dermatologist saw this, a doctor saw this.
They would say, you got the shingles.
That's what they say.
They would also say, oh, apparently you must have the chicken pox before these days.
No one knows that they're two separate bugs.
All right.
But they would say, hey, you got the shingles.
So that's the classic variety.
And that one's annoying.
But then there's a different variety that sends the shingles higher up.
It's upper body.
So you have to know that lower body, basically lower body,
like bottom there at the butt, the hip, the side, middle, the back,
that's one different strain all on its own.
Then there's the one that goes upper body.
This is when it goes chest up.
So if you've had shingles chest up, a rash, like upper chest, upper shoulders, neck, but not on the arms, just neck.
This is the torso, neck, upper part.
This rash is another common variety.
It's the second common variety.
They're two different bugs, two different bugs.
Let's talk about another one.
Okay.
There's a variety that goes on the arms.
Both arms.
Where both arms get the shingles, including the hands.
The hands, the wrists, and the arms.
You can have it on different parts of both arms.
And they look a little different.
The blisters look a little different.
So when you go to the dermatologist, they're going to say,
I don't know what this is.
I have no clue.
You can go to the doctor.
She'll say, I don't know what this is.
Because?
Because they only know of that other type of shingles.
That's why.
So that's the one that goes on both arms.
That's a variety all on its own.
Then there's one that only goes on one arm and one arm only.
One arm only.
It doesn't hit the other arm.
It's a whole nother rashing variety.
It hits one arm and it has an altered pattern.
It's somewhat spotty with larger pustules.
So when you go to, once again, you go to dermatologist.
Well, I don't know what this is.
It's larger pustules.
Doesn't look like the shingles.
It is the shingles.
It's a certain strain.
It's a certain variety.
Okay.
It's got larger pustules.
It looks different.
They're spaced apart.
That's the one arm shingles variety.
Let's hit another one.
The head shingles, a variety that hits the head.
So this is the next one.
It hits the top of the head, hits the side of the head.
This one's really annoying.
I've seen people suffer greatly from this.
I have seen some good doctors recognize this as shingles.
You know, glory be.
I mean, seriously, it was that that's an amazing thing.
When you see a really good doctor, call it, call it out and go past what, what the medical
information that they've learned and realize that.
And I've seen some really amazing doctors that have called, hey, there's shingles on
this person's head.
It has to be, even though it doesn't make sense, even though we're not taught that in
the medical school, even though we've only been taught about one, this is the shingle.
So I have seen that.
What I don't like about this one, it also creates like little horns on top of the head.
So little horns on there.
Even after the shingles, the main rash goes away.
There's these little horns all over the place.
So that's one all on its own.
The problem is with that one, the shingles on the head, is it gets misdiagnosed all the time.
And then it's usually considered a fungus because no one knows.
So a dermatologist will give you a whole bunch of antifungals, a whole bunch of medicine.
and that's not good when it comes down to shingles.
You don't want to be taking antifungals.
That just enrages it, keeps it around forever in the body.
So that's one thing.
That's the head shingles.
Then there's the both leg shingles, shingles on both legs.
It's a whole other one.
The rash appears on both legs, but nowhere else on the body.
It looks a little different than standard shingles, pustules, standard rash.
It almost looks like constellations.
Almost looks like constellations.
Like if you look up at the sky and you see the stars and you're like, hey, that's the belt.
Hey, that's, you know, it's like that.
And what happens is that that's the, basically the bottom line is that's this both leg shingles.
It does these different pustules.
They're kind of smaller.
They go in these weird constellations.
They hit both legs.
That's a whole variety, a whole different variety all in its own.
Let's hit another one.
Then there's vaginal area.
shingles. Now this one really is annoying. I'm going to tell you why. Because it's diagnosed
as herpes 2. That's why. It's sexually transmitted herpes. There are millions of women
walking around with a diagnosis of herpes, vaginal herpes, when it's the shingles.
And they haven't figured out how to decide which one's which. They don't know. This is a total
menace in people's lives because there's, I mean, millions of women think they have
trans sexually transmitted disease, you know, like literally when it's not on any level that
that this is really annoying. The what happens is it's it doctors mostly they'll just diagnose it.
If there's a blister anywhere vaginally, they instantly diagnose it regardless of what a blood
test says they're not. And a blood test isn't always accurate because all the blood tests for
the herpes family are basically inconclusive, inconclusive mostly, because they're not
accurate for a multitude of reasons, because there's so many different varieties that we
have and carry in our bodies and everything that they don't have it downright. The testing,
they don't have it downright because there's different species, different varieties,
and you can't test for them because we're not there. So the vaginal area shingles,
It can do this.
It can give you pustules on the butt.
It can give you, and you go to a doctor,
and you got these little rash pustules on your butt,
and you're a woman, they'll say, oh, it's simplex too.
That's what they're going to say.
They're going to say, hey, you have herpes, it's simplex too.
This is a terrible mistake, a terrible mistake that's going on,
and I'm hoping someday this gets rectified and this gets fixed.
So it can go there.
It can be between the vaginal area and the rectum, and they'll just, they'll blame it on herpes simplex too.
Just boom.
There's so many doctors that'd be so quick to just call it that.
It's not even funny.
And this is a shingles is what it is.
It's a variety of shingles.
Now there is HSV2 that there is.
I'm not saying, or, hey, HSV2 doesn't exist.
It does exist, and it affects women in the vaginal area.
And it affects men. But this is, you know, of course. And but this this most of this is the shingles probably over 50 percent.
So out of all the people out there that a little bit more than 50 percent have a strain of shingles that resides in that area of the buttocks of the vagina of that whole area there.
And so that's where the mistake is made.
I'm hoping, you know, 50 years from now, they know how to separate those two and figure out what to do.
So those are the rashes, the ones that are out there, different varieties.
And then there's shingles without rashes.
That's a whole other game.
One of them, here's the next strain.
This is a shingle without rashes.
So realize that diabetic neuropathy, that's a strain all on its own.
that, like I said, more people without diabetes have this strain, have this variety, okay?
So, you know, when someone out there says, oh, where's your research?
Okay, you tell me.
How come more people have diabetic neuropathy without diabetes?
Fix that one, okay?
I think we got to redo everything out there.
All the books got to change someday if people want to get better from chronic illness and
mystery illness and the symptoms involved.
It's all going to have to be fixed someday.
So diabetic neuropathy, that's one variety.
And if a diabetic has diabetic neuropathy, that's because that diabetic has a variety
of shingles.
So that's one there.
It's the numbness.
It's the pain, burning feet, burning legs.
Does anybody have that out there now?
And they're not diagnosed with diabetes.
I can guarantee you someone's listening right now, never been diagnosed with diabetes that
has that burning pain on their legs, their feet, numbness, nerve pain, the whole bit. So that's a
total myth, but that's a variety of shingles. Okay, so that's one. Let's go to another one.
This one I call maddening itch variety, maddening itch shingles. This is interesting. No rash
whatsoever, but you're itching, but you can't get to that. You can't scratch that itch. It's
underneath the surface. You can't reach it because this virus releases a toxin, just like other ones
release a toxin that irritate nerves. It irritates the nerves underneath the skin in the derma,
deep in the derma, underneath the skin, okay? And you can't reach with your fingers. So I've seen
this variety of shingles keep people up all night long and it lasts for years. So this is a whole
different variety. Okay. And then here's one that's just absolutely agonizing. It's a vaginal
shingles variety without the rash. So there's no diagnosis. There's no misdiagnosis of HSV2.
There's no diagnosis of the shingles whatsoever. It's just a burning pain vaginally. So a lot of
burning pain, difficulty having sex, burning pain, burning sensations. I've seen women question
if they wanted to live any longer because of this, it's so bad.
Guess what women are told when they have this variety of shingles?
They're told it's all in their head.
They need a psychiatrist.
Okay, that's one thing they're told.
I've heard that a zillion times in the 30 years.
And here's another thing they're told.
They're told it's hormonal.
It's hormonal.
I don't know if anybody remembers the part of my book
where I talked about in the menopause chapter
where everything's just thrown on hormones because nobody knew what was wrong with women
and we're still in that place today.
Nobody knows what's wrong.
So it's like it's all hormonal.
Vaginal shingles is frightening because the burning is so intense
and it can even go through the back.
It's not only in the vagina but even through the back and all in the adjacent area.
And mostly women are just thrown hormones.
Here's estrogen.
Here's progesterone.
Here's testosterone.
Here you go.
Go off on your merry way, see a psychiatrist because there's nothing wrong with you.
That's what women are told.
This is a variety that I've had to help a lot of women get over and get past and move on with their life.
And they have.
You can get better.
That's a shingles variety.
Here's one.
Here's a variety.
Colitis.
Colitis.
Ulcerative colitis and also non-ulcerative colitis is caused by a strain of shingles.
It's caused by a shingles virus strain.
That's what causes colitis and ulcerative colitis.
That's a shingles virus that settles in the colon causing colitis.
It's going to take them 150 years to learn that one.
150 years to know that one by now.
Because right now it's just a mystery.
What they do with colitis is, you probably know if you have it,
is it's told your body's, you're told your body's destroying itself
because you have an autoimmune.
We're thrown into that autoimmune thing again.
One of the greatest mistakes of all time is blaming it on us, blaming it on you, saying
your body's faulty, your body's destroying itself just because they don't even know it's
a strain of the shingles that's causing an inflammatory condition and bleeding in the
colon.
It's going to be blamed on you.
Another great example.
And it's really a hard one too.
Colitis is really rough.
I've had to help a lot of people over the years with colitis.
Here's another strain.
arm and leg burning shingles. This is where the arms burn and the legs burn,
not the legs by themselves, arms and legs, and they're burning. This strain only hits,
the toxin hits the arms and legs with no rash, as if you had a rash, but there's no rash there.
That one's really annoying too. And because no rash appears, doctors just prescribe inappropriate
medications because they make the problem worse. And here's the really annoying thing.
If you go into the Lyme world, a lot of people are dealing with shingle viruses. You know,
people say, well, Anthony, you think everything's Epstein-Barr. Actually, many of the people
dealing with Lyme, they're dealing with all these varieties of shingles. That's how far we're off.
I mean, we're way off because these varieties of shingles are causing symptoms of Lyme.
And if you just logged on now and you don't know my take on Lyme, just read the chapter in the book.
Maybe go to the archives on the Lyme show.
Start getting kind of, you know, used to that because that's the new way, meaning the new way is the information we're bringing about Lyme.
Because I've been talking to doctors lately, a lot of good doctors, especially in the Lyme field.
And we're moving the movement finally into a place where the other where the information we know about Lyme now is going to eventually get outdated.
So it's good to kind of, we're going to move together.
We're going to move forward together and heal.
We're going to come together as a group.
We're going to move forward and heal.
And that's what's happening.
So the whole arm and leg burning thing is a rough one.
And then this one is annoying.
There's a strain that causes, I call it the mouth shingles TMJ and Bell's palsy strain.
This is the strain that hits the facial nerves, causes the Bell's palsy.
This strain is really annoying.
don't need a rash for this at all. This is a non-rashing variety. And then it causes the TMJ.
And then it can cause mouth shingles. Now this variety is kind of packed with a couple of them
together. There's a couple of different varieties, but I put them in the same little group because
they're really similar. They're really close. They're mutated to being so related. And so the
mouth shingles, that's the burning, burning mouth, burning tongue. Who has, who's ever had that?
burning mouth, burning jaw. And that's the shingles virus that causes that. It gets blamed
for TMJ. It causes tremendous tension. TMJ, the mandible joint problem, that's different when the
joint itself is busted up. I'm talking about when it's not and it's what you're feeling like it is,
all that pain and discomfort. You go get your teeth yanked out. I talked about that earlier.
You're getting your root canals pulled out. The dentist has no clue that you have a non-rashing
shingles. This is another example, including the Bell's palsy. So, all right. And then the frozen
shoulder shingles, the variety that freezes the shoulder. Most of the time, freezing one shoulder.
I've seen it freeze two shoulders in people, mostly does one shoulder. It's agonizing. It can,
when that shoulder freezes up and it's this mysterious bursitis,
which means no one knows what the hell's wrong with you all right and when that shoulder you
know and they got to pump steroids in there because they don't know what it is that's a
shingles variety a single variety on its own out of the over 30 varieties of shingles causes that
frozen shoulder you can't lift it up over your head it takes physical therapy takes a year to
get over i've seen people you know take two years to get over that's a variety all on its own
And then there's the one that I hate, probably one of the worst ones.
I hate it.
It's the body on fire shingles where the whole body feels like it's on fire.
Of course, they just funnel that person, that poor person funnels into the Lyme community
and then nobody knows what's wrong and they think it's Lyme.
But that one there, that one's, I don't like that one at all.
The whole body on fire one is a rough one.
I've seen people go through it.
It's brutal.
I've helped people come out of it.
I pulled people out of the pit of death from that one and pulled them out into full recovery.
That one I don't like.
It takes a lot of work, a lot of work to heal, a lot of work to do.
It takes, you know, it takes a strong individual.
That one's really annoying.
But you can heal.
You can heal.
There's no question.
Any of these you can heal and move forward.
Any of these.
That's important to know.
I've seen it done.
It's possible.
We're going to take, look, we're going to talk about how to do this.
That's the plan.
So let's talk about some of the things we can do.
That's next right now.
Talk about supplements.
Great supplements for this.
Lysine.
That's a big deal.
Go to your practitioner.
Ask your practitioner how much lysine you can take.
You can take a lot of it.
If you just take one little bit of it, it's not going to be enough.
But when you amp it up and you crank it up, you know, and you take enough of it,
you take a couple of thousand milligrams or more,
You can go to your practitioner and have them, you know, practitioners really, some really incredible doctors and practitioners out there.
And they'll know how much to use too.
They'll be into it and they'll really help.
When you do the lysine, it's a big piece.
Vitamin C, that's a big one.
When you have vitamin C and lysine in the same protocol, okay, if you have them together, it becomes a lysine and vitamin C therapy.
It's a lysine and vitamin C therapy.
You won't hear about that out there
because Spirit gave me that many years ago
and I've only talked about lysine vitamin C therapy.
It's not glutathione and vitamin C,
which is already out there.
It's not those things.
It's lysine and vitamin C.
I'm saying it a lot so you don't forget
because that's one of the tricks.
That's one of the ways to get out of these symptoms,
out of everything here.
So that's important.
Licorice root, it's another great one.
That's incredible because it kills off the virus,
just like the vitamin C does, just like the lysine, breaks down, knocks down the virus,
kills it off, and that's important. Nettle leaf is a great one. The alkaloid in nettle,
the phytochemicals in nettle are really, really good with repair and helping the nerves. It's a
great one. EPA, DHA on a plant-based level, though, don't do the krill oil when it shingles.
Don't do the fish oil when it shingles.
Those don't serve the right purpose.
They don't work good when it comes down to shingles.
You want the plant-based EPA and DHA.
B12, the adenosilcobalamin that I've been bringing into the world, that's the one there.
And I see it finally happening.
It's finally getting out there now, is that adenosilcobalamin.
And the methylcobalamin's good, too, but you want the adenosil in there, too.
And that's finally getting out of there.
That's a critical piece to recovering from all these shingle symptoms.
That's a big deal. Helps restore the nerves. It's only the adenosylcobalamin that restores the
nerves. Very important to understand. ALA, alpha-lopaic acid. It's a good one. That's helpful.
Look, if anybody's sensitive, you go to their practitioner for sure, and you just, you work with
whatever you can. You take one thing at a time. You do a little at a time. Whatever feels right
for you. Every person's different. They got their own pace and their own thing. Magnesium,
Magnesium glycinate, that's the one. Citrate tends to irritate, tends to irritate when it
comes down to the shingles, but magnesium glycinate, G-L-Y-C-I-N-A-T-E, that's another
good one. Selenium, that's a good one. Zinc, that is critical. Anyone with these symptoms
is most likely zinc deficient, which is how it partly got there to this point. And listen,
I want to talk to you about something about shingles. Shingles is really, when you have
shingles in these different varieties, even if it's the basic one that I talked about, the rashing
one, they really get stimulated from emotional hits, from emotional blows, anything from breakups
to betrayal, from trust being broken, from all these different things. Shingles feeds off of
that. So you want to bring in a lot of positive things in your life, anything you can do, things
that bring you joy, even if it's on the most minute level. And when you bring in the zinc,
That zinc helps protect you in case you're up against stress,
in case you're up against hardships, in case you're up against betrayal.
Zinc is critical to stave off the shingles.
So that's a great one.
And, you know, you can take control.
There's no question.
You can take control and move forward.
Olive leaf is a good one.
Mullen leaf, that's a great one.
Mullen leaf.
So mullen leaf is a great herb.
Fantastic for the shingles to move you forward.
That's a great one too.
MSM, that's good.
That's good too.
Helps with the nerves, helps repair the nerves.
Make sure you get a good one.
And then basically the bottom line is in the food department and foods that are really powerful,
papaya is by far one of the top choices to help get rid of shingles over time.
Shingles, like Epstein-Barr, tends to feed off of eggs, tends to feed off of dairy products.
to someone said to me one day said well you know my butter is grass-fed and it's pasture it's free
free range you know uh pasture raised um you name it and i think that's incredible in the sense where
that's if you're going to eat butter that's what you want for sure you want it the cleanest butter
possible but if you have the shingles or the symptoms of shingles that belief system whatever
that is or diet you've adopted because that, you know, the butter has to go. I don't care if the
butter was raised on the moon and there's no pollution whatsoever on the moon because the
moon's, you know, the moon's atmosphere isn't destroyed like we destroyed earth so far.
You know, it's, I don't care if it's raised on Mars and, you know, in some kind of, you know,
some kind of incubation unit that's perfectly pure and clean and biodome or whatever. But the
point is, is you can't do dairy. The shingles loves dairy, loves milk, cheese, butter. But I
respect grass-fed butter. And if you don't have shingles, then have some, have some grass-fed
butter. So that's one thing to understand. Of course, wheat, keep wheat out, keep corn out.
These are the foods to avoid by far when dealing with any of this. Wild blueberries, top of the
list for the shingles. Papaya, like I said before, papaya actually destroys the shingles virus.
It actually has phytochemicals in it that destroy and rid the shingles virus that are not discovered
by science yet. Wild blueberries restore nerves. Red-skinned apples, powerful way to heal shingles,
red-skinned apples. Pears, yeah, the lowly pear, right? Who cares about pears? Who cares? No one
likes pears. I think what? You know, and, but pears are really a big deal for shingles. Shingles
don't fare well with pears. Pears flush it out of the system. There's pectin in pears, like kind of
like an apple, a different form of pectin that tends to bind on the shingle carcasses and pull
them out of the intestinal tract. Sweet potatoes. That's a great one. Bananas are amazing for the
shingles. If you're suffering from some of these really bad varieties that I mentioned, they're
really hard on you. Yeah, you take papaya, you take banana, you run it in your smoothie,
you run it in your blender, you make a smoothie out of it once a day, and you start doing something,
it's going to start happening. Spinach, asparagus is fantastic. There's shingle killers in asparagus.
Leafy greens, green beans, green beans, even frozen green beans. Look, if you're, you know,
if you can't find a fresh green bean, which they're hard to find, I think, you know, get
frozen ones. Get some frozen organic ones. If you can't find organic or can't afford organic,
get the frozen regular ones. Green beans are great for any of these shingles viruses.
Avocados, incredible for the shingles, incredible for all the different varieties.
Artichokes. So, you know, what this means is you bring in a few of these things. It's not like you
just have one of these items once a week. You have your papaya and your banana and some wild
blueberries on one day. You bring in three things. Have your sweet potatoes for dinner. It doesn't
matter if you're paleo. It doesn't matter if you're vegan. It doesn't matter. Whatever diet
you've adopted because you have a belief system or someone, whatever, and you're into something,
make sure you bring these in. Asparagus, you know, buy asparagus, have asparagus every day,
like some steamed asparagus. And then you'll start seeing some differences. You bring these things in.
You keep a journal. You keep a food log. You talk to your practitioner about these supplements.
I list out a whole bunch of supplements in the book about the shingles.
You go to your practitioner and you talk it out.
And we head in the right direction.
So I just really appreciate you hanging on for the ride for this show.
We're going to take on some callers and see what's happening and seeing what's going on.
So we have line one.
We have Sarah.
Hey, Sarah.
Hi.
Hi, Anthony.
How are you?
Good.
How are you doing?
How are you feeling?
You're dealing with a lot of pain?
I am, especially today.
I was actually calling to see if I might have the Epstein-Barr virus,
but a lot of the stuff you said about the shingles today,
I'm having a lot of burning, a lot of pain everywhere,
very much in my arms, my ribs, my jaw, the tongue.
You were talking about the tongue.
You actually were able to self-diagnose yourself.
You were actually able to self-diagnose.
you're able to actually figure out what's wrong with you and that that's amazing because
you know um it's you're going to move forward you're going to move forward
how long have you been dealing with this um the burning it's been maybe two years and i've been
diagnosed with fibromyalgia which um i've had pain for a very very long time yeah a lot of
the symptoms you're having are the shingles for sure. But you do have the Epstein-Barr. A lot of
times people have both. They'll have a little bit of Epstein-Barr and they'll have some shingles.
And sometimes one will weigh out more than the other. They'll have one even more, one a little
less or the other one more, other a little less. Are you eating good? Are you taking care of
yourself? I am eating better, but I have a hard time. I actually spoke to you a few months ago
because I have a hard time with the sugar.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, that's great.
So I'm doing a little better, but I find it difficult.
Yeah.
Well, you know, you take it slow.
You take it slow because it's really detoxifying.
So are you eating, like, are you able to eat a little bit of papaya?
Are you able to get the wild blueberries in at least?
I just got some wild blueberries, some frozen ones yesterday.
Nice.
Really?
Was that the first time you got them since we've talked?
No, I got them in the summer fresh.
as well since we talked. Okay. Okay. It has to be every day. Okay. Yeah. I haven't been doing it
every day. Can't be like three months ago. You're not going to, you're not going to get better.
I understand. I understand a hundred percent. It's not easy. There's nothing,
there's nothing easy about getting things that we need. Um, yeah. Make sure these things are
every day. And, and, you know, today is talking everything with, with the shingles, like pick out
some of the things, the foods I talked about and get them in and try to keep, keep like a little
journal and say, all right, I had my blueberries today and you mark it off the list. Okay. So that
you know that after 30 days, you just had 30 days of wild blueberries and now we're heading somewhere.
Right. Yeah. Yeah. You mentioned, um, I have shingles and Epstein bar. Is it more of the
shingles or? Yeah, it's a little bit more on the shingles side for sure. I mean, I see both in the
liver right now so you have both sitting in the liver and it looks like the shingles is more active
and you know all this you can heal you can heal this is you just yeah you take you know one step
at a time you take you know you bring on these things are you on the lysine i'm not i'm not on
any of the what yeah i'm not i just bought your book so i just started learning about the the
supplements. And we, and we talked a few months ago. We got to get you started. We got, we got
to get you started. We can't, you can't wait. Okay. You have, yeah, you have to get past this.
This is, you know, this is your time to heal now. This is your time to heal.
It is because it's getting so much worse than it was before. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, well,
You know, look, it, it, well, you're going to start doing stuff, get, you know, get on the horse, you know, and look, you don't have to jump on everything right away.
You know, bring in a few foods, bring in a little bit of lysine, you know, take it one day at a time.
Go to, you know, go to your, your practitioner that you have, you know, and, and get a little support.
So your practitioner even stays on you a bit.
Okay.
All right.
You're amazing, Sarah.
I love you.
Thank you so much.
And thank you for writing this book.
It's wonderful.
Thank you for getting it.
And I'm honored.
And I'm so proud of you.
And you know what?
I'm proud of you because you're still working on it and you're going into it.
You're going to start working on it more.
And just know you got my support 100%.
Thank you so much.
Oh, bless you.
So we have line three.
We have Jenna.
Hi, Jenna.
Hi, Anthony.
Hey, how are you?
um well i'm having a lot of pain and numbness actually really happy to get on the show
when did when did all that start happening um it's been going on for about a year actually
it's really a year i was having like tingling and burning in my hands and feet
and then in my lower back did you go to did you go to the doctor did you go to your practitioner
I did. I did go to the doctor. Yeah, I've been raw vegan for a couple of years, and he told me to eat beans.
You've actually been raw vegan? That takes a lot of guts. That's not easy to do.
I mean, who told you to be raw vegan?
I just started trying to heal myself, basically, because I've had health issues my whole life.
That's incredible.
Yeah, about a year into it, it just all started acting up and getting a lot worse.
Are you in my support group?
I am.
Yeah, you should reach out in there, and I'm sure people can help you too.
Are you taking supplements?
I started on the lysine, and that has really helped with the burning and tingling in my hands and feet.
But now I'm just losing sensation in my body.
If it dropped the burning, if it's stopping the burning, don't give up on it.
You know, don't give up on the lysine because because that that's actually that's actually killing.
You're killing off the bugs. And and what about the B12? Have you gotten on to the B12?
Yeah, actually, I'm like a pretty full protocol and some of them I haven't been able to get on yet because the detox is too much for me.
But I'm kind of working my way through. Make sure I kind of go ahead.
Make sure you're hydrated.
Don't get dehydrated.
Make sure you're eating every hour and a half.
Because if you don't graze, you know, it's all going to feel intense.
Not even the protocol or anything.
It's just all going to feel intense.
Because your nervous system is requiring a tremendous amount of fuel.
So if you go like three hours without eating something, it has nothing to do with supplements,
has nothing to do with anything else.
It's about the fact that you went two, three hours without something.
So the nerves start to starve.
Because the nervous system runs on glucose.
That's all it runs on.
You know, contrary to the trend out there and the fat out there that says, oh, our body runs on fat.
Actually, no.
If you take sugar away from us, we die.
That's all.
You take it away from us, we die.
It's simple.
That's what happens.
So you take fat away from us, we live.
How come?
But you take sugar away from us, we die.
So our body doesn't run in fat.
Fats are needed.
We need healthy fats in the diet, and they have to be there for other reasons to keep us healthy and other reasons.
But what I'm saying is make sure you're keeping your blood sugar balanced.
Make sure you keep your blood sugar up, and you're eating every – you're grazing, and you have a little sodium, like a celery stick with some apples.
You have some papaya.
Yep, some papaya.
Yeah, I've been doing most of that pretty, yeah.
Okay, but make sure it's like –
Yeah, well, make sure it's every hour and a half.
Okay, got it.
Because if it's not, the nerves are going to get hungry, and then they're going to flare up.
Okay.
Yeah.
Listen, you're going to get better.
You're working on it.
I'm proud of you.
Just keep on going full throttle, and nothing's going to stop you from healing.
Okay.
Is there anything I need, like a supplement specific?
First of all, I would do licorice tea if you can deal with that.
And take it slow, though.
Take it slow, and you can put a little licorice in you.
That's really helpful.
and a lot of papaya
and make sure banana is in there too
banana and papaya are involved in your diet
okay
well I'm proud of you Jenna
I'm going to have to let you go it's the end of the show
but I'm so glad you called in
this is the greatest to talk to you
I just love talking to you
I'm so proud of you
alright make sure you get support too
okay
alright we're at the end of the show
So, and it's, you know, it's sad when we get to the end of the show because I want to keep on helping.
I want to keep on talking.
